Shipping policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Delivery and production

We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Personalised products require time for artwork, any agreed proof approval, production and transport. The delivery time and method stated before purchase and in your order confirmation apply. A specifically agreed date is binding. If no delivery time is agreed, goods must arrive without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.

Different products may arrive in separate parcels. We use production and delivery partners, including Gelato, but Husdjurskonst remains your seller and responsible for your purchase.

2. Shipping, VAT and possible import charges

Shipping and the total price including applicable VAT are shown before payment. You pay the agreed price; later price changes do not affect a confirmed order. Any free shipping threshold and its conditions are displayed in the store and at checkout.

For delivery outside the EU, import VAT, customs duty and carrier import charges may apply unless included in your purchase. Any responsibility for such charges must be disclosed before ordering; if they cannot reasonably be calculated, we disclose that they may apply. Deliveries within the EU do not incur import customs duty between Member States.

3. Our responsibility during transport

We normally remain responsible until you or a person acting on your behalf receives the goods. Handing goods to our carrier or a tracking delivery scan does not by itself transfer all risk to you. If you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer, different statutory rules may apply.

Contact Husdjurskonst customer support if a parcel is damaged, lost or does not arrive. We investigate with the carrier; you do not have to pursue your consumer claim against them yourself. Keep photos of packaging and damage if possible. See the faulty goods policy.

4. Late or missing delivery

For a delay, the law may entitle you to withhold payment and demand delivery. You may terminate if we do not deliver within a reasonable additional period, or without an additional period when statutory conditions apply, for example where an essential delivery date communicated in advance is missed or we refuse delivery. We then refund what you paid without undue delay. You may also be entitled to damages under the law.

Contact us as soon as you notice a delay. We impose no special 30-day reporting deadline for lost parcels. Disruptions, customs checks and other obstacles may affect delivery but do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

5. Addresses, notifications and returned parcels

Check your address and contact details when buying and tell us promptly about changes. We try to help but cannot always change a parcel already in transit. Follow carrier notifications and collect parcels within the stated period. For an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, we investigate and explain available solutions and any reasonable, lawful costs. See the returns policy.
