If the photo is too blurry or dark to work with, I'll email you within 24 hours and ask for a different one. I'll never print something that won't turn out well.

Every portrait is custom-made from your photo. If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — so make sure your photo is clear and well-lit before ordering.

Production takes 1–5 business days, followed by 3–4 business days for delivery. Shipping is 100 kr, free from 1,000 kr.

Yes. Many people order memorial portraits. Just upload the best photo you have — old photos are fine.

Yes. Standard portraits can feature two, three or four pets. Select the number and upload a clear photo for each pet.

Yes. A quote on the back costs an extra 50 kr per mug. Write up to 60 characters, arranged on three lines. Leave the field blank for a plain back without an extra charge.

Yes. Choose Apple or Samsung, then your exact phone model on the product page. Check your model before adding the case to your cart.

Yes. Pick an amount in the gift card section at the bottom of the catalog. After payment it is delivered by email to you or a recipient.
